Through the enlightenment of the truth that leads to the salvation of souls, our primary goal is to extend our hands to humanity, delivering the life-giving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and addressing the physical needs of our local community and beyond. Moreover, we steadfastly believe in nurturing individuals into servants as exemplified in Luke 22:26-27; so, that they may mirror the example of Jesus, who humbly served us all.

We, as believers in and followers of Jesus Christ, affirm our faith in the following core beliefs:
The Trinity: We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
The Bible: We believe that the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, inerrant Word of God, revealing God's will

The Bible: We believe that the Bible is the inspired, authoritative, inerrant Word of God, revealing God's will for salvation and providing guidance for faith and practical life application.
Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, and his imminent return in power and glory.
Salvation: We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by grace alone, not by our works, that we are saved from sin and reconciled to God.
The Holy Spirit: We believe in the Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells and empowers them for holy living and service.
Love: We believe that love is the greatest commandment, and we are called to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Our story
Beginning humbly in a repurposed funeral home with just nine members, Greater New Life Church Inc., International (GNLCI) formerly known as “Greater New Life Church,” emerged under the visionary leadership of Pastor George C. Clausell. Established in 1989, the church has since flourished and expanded over the years, attaining a 501(c)(3) status. In February 2008, a momentous occasion unfolded as church members, alongside the community, family, friends, and city officials, gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for a new addition. We welcomed the completion and formal dedication of our new sanctuary in 2009 which marked a pivotal moment in our journey.
The church swiftly evolved into a training ground for ministers and educators, welcoming young people from around the world who embarked on a college education from Tuskegee University and in need of a spiritual covering. Finding solace and spiritual enrichment within the walls of GNLCI, many of our beloved students set out into the world to minister across the globe filling leadership and meaningful supportive roles within spirit-filled ministries worldwide.
As our ministry's influence extended, we witnessed a surge in membership, welcoming dedicated disciples from the continent of Africa. This remarkable growth prompted Pastor Clausell to deepen his commitment to international missions. This journey of shared purpose and fellowship culminated in a profound partnership with Christ Victory Life Church International, shepherded by Bishop & Mrs. N.I. Obayojie, DD, in Abuja, Nigeria, West Africa. Today, Christ Victory Life Church stands as a cherished sister congregation of GNLCI, and it is our esteemed privilege to warmly welcome Bishop & Mrs. N.I. Obayojie for bi-yearly visits to Greater New Life Church. Likewise, we are honored to reciprocate by journeying to Abuja to minister and share in their spiritual journey.
